Our Identity 

Our website address is: www.orderfirst.store  this is a trading website for OrderFirst LTD. The Directors of OrderFirst LTD are Armstrong Nkagen and Awah Fontsa. 

We use this website to provide access to a webinar and education for anyone wishing to start their own Ready Made Business. The content is accessed by invitation only, and therefore not available in the public domain

Your personal data 

This is a private website. We collect your information in order for you to have a better user experience in our webinar and on our website. Your information is only given to and used by people in the team inviting you to join them in business. We may also use it do send a follow up email sequence of between 1 – 8 emails. At this point we take you off our list. 

 

Images collection

The images that we collect with your authorization allow us to personalize your user experience and ensure the veracity of certain information. This includes, among other things, your profile photo and photos of supporting or legal documents relating to your activity. It is you who will authorize access to your images (permission agreement) and you will choose which image to submit for each case.

These images will be used only as part of the operation of our service related to your use. We will not share them outside our platform and they will be usable throughout the duration of operation of our services and will be deleted when your account with us is closed according to your wishes. You also have the possibility to modify them at any time.

 

Use of data (including images)

How do we use the data we collect? The short answer is: to provide you with high quality products and services that we are constantly improving. Here are some of the ways we do it:

  • Develop, operate, enhance, provide, manage and protect our products and services;
  • To send you information by mobile phone. For example, we may use your phone to respond or to requests for technical assistance or to share information about products, services and promotional offers that we believe might be of interest to you;
  • Track and analyze trends and uses;
  • Customize services, including suggesting friends or profile information, or customizing the content we present to you, including advertisements;
  • Contextualize your experience, including marking your faroti with your accurate location data (if, of course, you have allowed us to collect this data) and applying other content-based mentions;
  • Improve the safety and security of our products and services;
  • Check your identity and avoid fraud or other illegal or unauthorized activity;
  • Use the information collected through cookies or other technology to improve the services and your user experience;
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and other policies of use.

We can also store information locally on your device. For example, we can store information as a local cache so that you can open the application and see the content more quickly.

 

Contact forms 

We have registration forms which are connected to automated emails, used to inform people about our business webinar, education and to provide follow up materials for people wanting more information. The lists associated with these contact forms are not used for anything else, or given to anyone else outside of the parameters of your personal data usage. 

 

Cookies 

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. 

 

If you visit our login or registration pages, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. 

 

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed. 

 

 

Embedded Content 

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Analytics 

At this point we do not engage with any analytics on the website other than following your journey in our webinar, and when using our education. If you have not been invited into this process, then you are not part of any business analytics. Analytics are only shared with the people in the team that invited you to look at the business.  

Data Sharing 

The data is shared with 3 members of the team, who invited you to look at the business for the purpose of helping you get more information, or to register as a business owner and launch your business. 

Your Rights 

You can request at any time that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. 

 

Website protection

This privacy policy covers the OrderFirst LTD web site www.orderfirst.store and the services provided thereon (the “Services”) and is applicable to all information about you or the company or other entity you represent (“you” or “your”) collected through OrderFirst with an effective date of June 1, 2022. 

This Policy describes the types of information that OrderFirst LTD. (“we”, “us” or “our”) gathers from you and the other people who use OrderFirst (the “Users”), how we may use that information and how you can contact us regarding this Policy and your personal information.

By providing information to OrderFirst LTD, all Users fully understand and consent to the collection, use and processing of such information by OrderFirst LTD or third parties as set forth herein. By using OrderFirst , all Users consent to us providing all information (whether or not personally identifiable) received or collected from those Users to such third-party providers for the purpose of enabling the third-party provider to provide these outsourced services to us. In addition, all Users consent to the collection, maintenance, and processing of their information (whether or not personally identifiable) by us and these third-party providers. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use and the terms of this Policy, you are not authorized to use the OrderFirst Site. 

Please understand that we may contract with third parties to provide various services to OrderFirst relating to OrderFirst LTD on an outsourced basis rather than performing those services ourselves. For example, we may (i) contract with an email provider to handle the distribution of email messages to Users, (ii) contract with a web site hosting provider to host OrderFirst for us or (iii) contract with a third party to provide call center services to facilitate communication in connection with our services. We may also contract with various validation services to confirm contact information you provide. 

Maintaining your trust is our top priority, so we adhere to the following principles to protect your privacy: 

We protect your personally identifiable information and will only provide it to third parties: (1) with your consent; (2) where it is necessary to carry out your instructions; (3) as reasonably necessary in order to provide our features and functionality to you; (4) when we reasonably believe it is required by law, subpoena or other legal process; or (5) as necessary to enforce our Terms of Use or protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our Members and Site visitors, and the public. Our Site are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under age 13. OrderFirst LTD complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect or use personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we discover such information from a child under the age of 13, we will eliminate that data.

We employ other companies and people to provide services to visitors to our Websites and our customers and users of the Subscription Service and may elect to share your information with them to provide information, products or services to you.
